You’d like someone beside you while you get it working. We’ll tackle a specific setup together, with room to ask questions and understand what we’re doing.
You leave with: The agreed setup in place and the confidence to use it yourself.
You don’t need to choose a package before getting in touch. We’ll work out what fits, then agree the scope and fee before we begin.
“I’ll sort it out when I have a spare afternoon.”
Meanwhile, you’re still copying things between tools, second-guessing your setup, or paying for something you barely use. It doesn’t have to stay on your list.
i.
Twelve tabs. Still no answer.
You’ve read the comparisons and watched the tutorials. You still want someone to tell you what makes sense for your situation.
ii.
The last 10% is taking forever.
You started setting it up, hit a snag, and now it’s one more unfinished thing taking up space in your head.
iii.
You have a business to get back to.
A useful AI workflow. A smoother way to manage projects. Tools that work together. You’d love someone capable to help get it done.
You shouldn’t have to babysit your systems.
You want to know the inquiry landed in the right place. The next step is clear. The AI draft sounds like you. And when you come back to it next week, you still know how it works.
What that could look like
“Could you help me with this?”
Quite possibly. These are some of the things we could work on. You can bring me the version you haven’t quite found the words for yet.
01
“I want to use AI. Properly.”
A ChatGPT or Claude workspace with useful context, prompts and a repeatable workflow for a task you do regularly.
02
“Everything lives in my head.”
A project workspace, content calendar or client onboarding process that fits the way you work.
03
“Why am I still copying this over?”
Forms, email tools and everyday workflows set up so information gets where it needs to go.
04
“I bought the tool. Now what?”
Help choosing a tool, sorting out an existing setup, or learning how to get more from something you already use.
Hey, I’m Kirsty.
6+ years behind the scenes of small businesses.
Friends, family and clients come to me with a screen to share and a question that usually starts with “Is there a way to…?” I enjoy getting to the bottom of it.
I’ve spent 6+ years working inside small online businesses: managing projects, building workflows, setting up tools and helping turn ideas into finished work.
I’ll ask questions, tell you what I think, and explain what I’m doing. You can ask me to show you twice. The aim is for you to feel comfortable with the thing we’ve built.
From the people I’ve worked with.

How we’ll work together
01
Tell me about it.
What are you trying to do? Where are you stuck? Share the tools you’re using and what you’d like to happen.
02
We choose an approach.
I’ll ask a few questions and suggest the right kind of help. We agree what’s included, the fee and the timing before work starts.
03
We get to work.
Advice, a working session or a build. You finish with clear next steps or an agreed setup, plus a handover that makes sense.
A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. You can bring a clear request or something that feels harder than it should. We’ll clarify the goal together and decide what kind of support makes sense.
Does every project need an audit first?
No. A specific request may only need a short scoping conversation. If the problem is broader or the cause is unclear, I may suggest a deeper review. We’ll agree that before any paid work starts.
Can you work with the tools I already have?
That’s where we’ll start. I’ll look at your existing setup and what you need from it. If a request needs specialist expertise beyond what I offer, I’ll be upfront about that.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
It depends on the type of help and the scope. Once I understand what you need, I’ll confirm the fee, what’s included, the timing and any follow-up support so you can decide.
Not sure where your business systems need attention? Try the optional self-check.
